Tight plant space meets tight deadline. DCC were employed to design water source heat pumps into the existing plant space which was originally only designed to house equipment from the previous gas powered installation. Space was limited so we opted to use Revit for full confidence in meeting manufacturer stipulated maintenance requirements.

Two chillers on the roof adjacent to the plant enclosure were replaced with new air source heat pumps to feed the water source units.

We were appointed by the main contractor on this project and provided assistance to the mechanical contractor for Stage 5 to ensure a smooth transition.

Plant replacement is now complete and floors are currently being let with sustainable HVAC encouraging high class tenants. Credit to the contracting team for a challenging installation.
